Kempe Places 2nd In ILCA World Championships

Bermudian sailor Sebastian Kempe concluded competing in the 2023 ILCA Under 21 World Championships in Morocco, finishing 11th overall, and also recording an impressive second place finish in the under 19 division. Kempe finished with 133 net points, 93 points behind the winner Finley Dickinson of Great Britain.
