Govt Issue RFQ For Westover Farm In Sandys
The Government has issued a Request for Quotations [RFQ] for renovations at the Westover Farm in Sandys.
The website said, “This Request for Quotations is for Alterations & Renovations works at Westover Farm 8 Greenfield Lane Sandys, the works will encompass the following: Masonry works, concrete works, Electrical, Plumbing, tiling, & painting.
The document notes, “This Request for Quotations [the “RFQ”] is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Westover Farm Renovations
“New construction and renovations at Westover Farm, this construction project involves the following:
- New foundations, grade slabs and suspended slabs
- Masonry works
- Tiling and painting
- Electrical & Plumbing
The submission deadline is December 5th, with an ‘anticipated execution of agreement’ on January 15th 2024, and commencement of work on January 31st , 2024.
